One of the best ways to save $ on a Walt Disney World vacation is to take advantage of the popular FREE dining plan promotion. This discount offers incredible savings on most arrivals September 2nd through 25th at select Walt Disney World Resort hotels. For example, a family of four (2-daults, 1-junior, & 1-child) staying at a Moderate Resort can save over $900 on a 5-night/6-day stay.
FREE Dining Plans are available at select Walt Disney World Resorts and require a minimum 3-night stay with 2-day base tickets. Guests staying in a Value Resort will receive the Quick-Service Dining Plan and guests in Moderate, Deluxe, and Deluxe Villa Resorts receive the Disney Dining Plan. You can even upgrade your dining plan by paying the cost difference between your complimentary plan and the plan you want. This is a very popular time for my clients to try out the Deluxe Dining Plan!!

Less than 2 months away from my absolute favorite special event at Walt Disney World, Star Wars Weekends at Disney’s Hollywood Studios. Four weekends of high-energy fun celebrating the legendary saga and animated series.
I can imagine what many of you are thinking… no thank you, I’m not interested in a weekend surrounded by nerdy, trekie types re-living their glory days. Fear not, this event is for anyone who enjoys a great time! I definitely wouldn’t consider our family “hardcore” fans (dressing your kids as Luke and Leia for Halloween doesn’t count). We’ve always enjoyed the films and of course love everything Disney but, this something we honestly look forward to every year and can’t stop talking about for remainder of the year!!
Star Wars Weekends are every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from May 17, 2013 through June 9, 2013. With park admission you can join celebrities and characters from the classic saga and animated series for special shows and of course, a parade. My favorite is Hyperspace Hoopla, a hilarious show full of pop culture. I’d describe it as dance off meets comedy show. You absolutely can’t miss this!!
Call or email me for celebrity schedules, information, or to request a quote. As a wise Jedi master once said… “Experience Star Wars Weekends you must!!”
I grew up a Disney girl. Captivated by the classic Disney films, adored the colorful characters, and even dreamed of becoming a Mouseketeer.
I’ve even held onto these priceless memories and possessions from my childhood. Inside an unsuspecting, dusty old trunk in the corner of my closet you’ll find pieces of my youth; Barbie, Cabbage Patch dolls, and even 3 VHS tapes, all Disney movies! (Yes… I still have a few of these around.) The first is, the animated musical classic Song of the South… featuring the song Zip-a-Dee-Doo-Dah. Second, Disney’s Pop & Rock (which is going for $40 on ebay) And the last is, The Little Mermaid. Gosh, I must have watched each of these thousands of times!!
I’m definitely nostalgic… still love the classic and traditional Disney!! And now I get to share it with my own family and experience the Disney magic in an exciting new way. I enjoy creating our own Disney memories and traditions. For our family, visiting Walt Disney World is a license to let loose and be a kid again. It’s within these special vacation moments that we’ve created memories that will last a lifetime.
As the consummate planner in our family I’ve arranged all the details for our Walt Disney World vacations. Spending hours combing the literature, pouring through insider websites, and watching out for the best deals all to make our vacation dreams come true. Now as Travel Specialist I’m really looking forward to learning about your Disney travel dreams and sharing my experience and knowledge so you can create your own magical memories that will last a lifetime.
